Hi everyone,

I know I don’t post a lot but I do need your help……

Currently I am on Plan #3 without lites but I would like to try the lites and I have asked my doctor and he said I can try them and if they seem to bother me to immediately stop. With that being said, I do not want to ask the LA personnel, as I know they will than forever bug me to buy the bars. Now I have access to the bars but I do not know what I would need to get rid of in order to take them.

Plan # 3, which I am currently on without lites consists of:

3 proteins
4 starches
4 vegetable
3 fruit
2 dairy
2 fats

If I wanted to try the bars is it one a day or two and what do I need to reduce. Also is there a particular time of the day I would need to take them at or does it work best at a certain time?

I sill don’t know if I am actually going to go through with it but it may help change things for me???

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sarah- I am not really sure, but I would think that you would drop to plan 2 if you were doing 2 lites a day.

I'm on plan #3 w/lites, and my exchanges are the same as yours. I just add 2 lites a day. I agree that you should probably be on plan #2 if you add the lites. Good luck!

yes you would go to plan 2. The lits should go where you need them most. That said I am happy to be doing this with all food at this time and have really done great. Remember you have to eat real food when you are all done why not learn now.
Plan 2:
2 1/2 proteins
3 starches
3 vegetable
2 fruit
2 dairy
2 fats

In for the long haul!
