I've really been trying to stay on plan. I just recently moved down to purple w/ lites. But I'm wondering if I should move back up to Red. I didn't think moving down would be such an issue. After all, I only lost 1/2P and 1S. But that was my breakfast! And I'm hungry all day. I don't know whether that's due to the plan change or the pregnancy. Any suggestions?

Marie- I think you should definitely move up to red...unless there is a specific new plan for stabalization that all the maintainers can tell you about. But I moved to purple w/lites as well and I really missed those extras- that was my bfst too! So now I'm back on red and hoping to continue to lose for a bit!

Best of luck to you in the next 9 months!
