I'm two weeks into the program and am finding that I have difficulty getting all my food in on the weekends. I tend to get up later...and it feels like I'm constantly eating just to get it all in. I'm wondering if this is ok? or will it negatively effect my weight loss?
Sarah- First of all, welcome. I do the same things on my days off or on the day I have to work late. I sleep in a little or don't eat for a couple hours after I get up. On these days, I try to find things to make that combine a bunch of foods or else I have a slimfast mixed with some yogurt and fruit for a yummy smoothie. I don't think it will affect your weight loss as long as you are not eating right up until you go to bed.
