I thought it would be neat to see how we are doing at the halfway point of the month. I put together a chart (geek!) to show our progress. I just compared the most recent weigh in with the original weigh in number for each person, the dates vary. For some people this represents a period of 15 days, and for some a few days or a week.
It's not a contest, so a big CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who has reported a loss, and also to those who were on plan but didn't see the results yet
. To those of us struggling to pull things together whether food and exercise, don't despair, keep faith in yourself and your plan. Hard work will eventually pay off.
