Hot and cold veggies with brown rice:
1 cup brown rice
4 oz grilled chicken
3/4 cup broc. florets
1/4 diced red bell pepper
2 TBS chopped red onion
1 TBS light italian dressing
1 TBS balsamic vin.
mix raw veggies with warm cooked rice and toss in dressing and vin....add 1 TBS of balsamic vin. to taste.....and enjoy....I've also sub'ed the b. rice for couscous with raisins or dried apricots (yummm)
Also, you have to try the new lean cuisine flat bread frozen meals...I love
the ranch chicken.
