I was looking at the Newbie thread at the comparisons that were broken down with the Slim Downs vs. the Slim Fasts and Atkins Adv. I says that most people do the Slim fasts rather than the others on the list but after looking at it I'm surprised due to the fact that the Atkins drinks have much more protein and less sodium and sugar compared to the rest. So I was wondering what everyone else's experience is with all of them. I personally am pre-diabetic and would think the Atkins would be best... what do you think? Which of these have you tried and which work for you best?
