Tried Weightmania, CalorieKing.com or CrossTrainer Software?

  • I am not sure what forum to post this to. I hope this is the right one.

I bought it yesterday on the Singapore Ebay.com website for a little over $20, but it retails for $60. New version just came out yesterday.

I am excited to see how it works.

My choices for Vista Windows operating system were:

    CalorieKing.com, Crosstrainer or Weightmania.

I am/was looking for the following:

    1. Progress Chart
    2. Food Tracker
    3. Physical Activity Tracker
    4. Weight Tracker

Anyone have any other suggestions? I guess there are tons of programs out there, both free and paid software.
  • I use fitday.com. It is free, and I can access it from anywhere. It includes all of the functions you asked about...tracks weight, exercise, foods, and progress at specific activities. It also tracks specific nutrition goals (good if, say, you want to get X number of protein grams or hit the DV for calcium every day). I love it, and no matter where I am, if I have internet access, I can get to it.
  • I second on Fitday - it's awesome! Sooo helpful for figuring everything out. I admit I haven't used mine in a few days cause I tracked for a couple of months and found I eat just about the same cals every day, so I figure why keep doing it. Believe me though, the second I eat something new LOL, I'm getting back on it. Don't want any extra cals sneaking in there!!
