Hello all. I have been hearing a lot lately about Dr Phil's book (7 Keys...) has anyone tried this? Do you think it's at least worth a read? Also, have checked out the website from Jillian Michaels (I'm a BIG Biggest Loser Fan). Is there anyone who is currently trying this program? If so what do you think of it? I must admit, my interest is peaked, but alas, at the moment money is too tight for me to just give it a try, only to find that it's more of the same. Oh well, thought it was worth a shot to get some input, so if any of you know anything about these or have any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

I suggest you go to your local library and see if they have it or can get it for you from another library. That's what I do! :)
