Ok so my sister and I officially restarted LA weight loss (at the center) on Jan. 2, 2008. We did take off for two days and then continued with our numbered plans. We have not cheated even ONCE!! IT's been one week...we lost on the take off part of the diet but have seen no lose after take off.
This is our first week, we should be losing right??
We went to weigh in last night and our counsler said our menus looked great and said to give it more time.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is this normal?
