I am starting fresh once again, but am really unsure as to what plan to be on. We didn't have numbered plans at my former COD, so I am curious as to them, they seem a little easier. Here's my stats:
: Full time student
: Will be 20-30 minutes a day, mixed, walking, jogging, jump rope, etc.
I want to lose 45 pounds. I would like to lose it by October or November of 2008 as we're looking at a prospective wedding date.
When first starting LAWL I was on Purple but switched to Blue.
I have bars, but do not use them religiously, am actually going to sell them on eBay.
