Default Help - Need Advice

I joined LAWL last April. I followed it pretty faithfully until September even though I had a number of issues with my center and some of the counselors. I went on hold in September and have not been back. I've gained some of my weight back.
I know I have to start with this again. Should I go back to my center . . . should I move to a different center or just try it on my own.
I'm frustrated . . . but I know I will be frustrated with myself if I continue to gain weight.

The they go through staff I bet you'd be fine going back to your old center. I've only been with mine for over a month and I've seen so many disappear. New year, new attitude, NEW YOU! I would try it. And if not, this forum has got your back! We can be your center! Good luck!

You can always try to switch to a new center if the current one continues to be a problem. Hopefully they are still open. There have been a lot of centers closing. You might find a new counselor or two that are very helpful and encouraging, since there are some out there that are great, and some that aren't.

Cathy stick with it.. if you aren't comfortable going back to a centre at least dig out your old journals and get going again. January is a great month to get back on track.. even those of us that have been on it a while are climbing out of the cobwebs and getting ourselves back on track.. as many of us have said we REFUSE to go by new clothes to fit our old body.. we'll help you out as much as we can.. welcome back!
