I lost my binder with my do's and don'ts of all the different ethnic foods. The only one I remember is Chinese: Do eat steamed veggies DON'T eat General Tso's

Does anyone have those pages and be willing to send it to me?? :) My husband is dying to eat Indian food this weekend and we love ethnic foods in general anyway!
