I'm new here and had a question that I hope someone can answer... I was a member of LAWL years ago, lost 76 pounds in a year, had surgery and "fell of the wagon"
I have since gained 50 pounds back in 5 years and am now ready to start again. My question is can anyone help me with the cleanse part of the program? I have the RED program from before but can't seem to find the cleanse. I moved to an area that doesn't have a Center. (I see that many centers are closing anyway). Any help is appreciated. I remember 2eggs, 2oranges, protein and green veggies for 3 days...anything else?
