Lost and Confused
Was going to start up w/ LA again for the new year, but seeing that they are no long open that is an issue. I am going to start FF tomorrow w/ Kundsens breakfast blend juice. My last time I was on Blue, not sure if I should do that one again and can't remember what the plan was - can someone help me out.
5'9" 152 lbs want to get to 142 - so 10 lbs to go exercise about 4 hours a week |

If I recall correctly, the basics are:
2 proteins 2 starches 3 fruit 3 veg 1 fat 1 dairy It might be 2 fruits, however.. I'll see if I can find my old blue book... |
2 1/2 Protein
3 Veggies 3 Fruit 3 Starch 1 fat 1 dairy OH - and 2 LA lites |
