Default FYI Pure Weight Loss

Just copies this off of their website:

Because Pure Weight Loss is truly concerned for the continuing well being and weight loss success of our clients, we are working together with other weight loss companies in an effort to find ongoing weight loss support for all our clients.

Jenny Craig (1-800-JENNY-20) has agreed to offer Pure Weight Loss clients a solution so that their weight loss success is not interrupted. Jenny Craig will offer their program to our clients – without any service fee – for the entire length of time left on all Pure Weight Loss contracts. Customers who present their Pure Weight Loss contracts to participating Jenny Craig centers will only pay for the cost of food on the program for the time remaining on their current contracts.

We are working hard to find our clients solutions to their immediate weight loss needs and we will continue to pursue other companies that will join Jenny Craig and offer Pure Weight Loss clients their services -- at no additional charge.

Not really sure I would want to buy the Jenny Craig food. I really want to be able to prepare my own meals.

Yes their food is quite expensive, so they will still make a lot of money off from anyone who does this. I did Jenny Craig once ( a long time ago) and I did not keep the weight off. While that is not Jenny Craig's fault (I stopped following their advice or I am sure I would have maintained my weight loss a lot better). Plus it was the best diet advice people had at the time of the low fat craze, where you were encouraged to live off from sugar and just avoid fat and we'd all be thin.

Interesting though to hear... Oh and I guess I am with the original LAWL, so I would not be eligible (although I think with what I bought years ago I could go back at any time for just the cost of the food).
