Just wondering if anyone has gone through the program while breastfeeding?
Did you do the lites? I just saw that someone said it might not be good to take them since I am still breastfeeding and I am now worried?!!?! Help!

I just re-started on monday and i'm breastfeeding my 5mo old. I am doing purple/no lites. My COD closed months ago so i'm doing this on my own with the help from this forum. I'm really not sure if its ok to do lites while breastfeeding i just dont want to do them. I'm not really much help but i just wanted to let you know that i'm breastfeeding also and following the plan with no lites.

I think part of this depends on your child's age. If you are nursing an infant, then you may want to check out La Leche League's website, as they have tons of information on the subject of breastfeeding and weight loss. It sounds like your concern has to do with possible danger of the lites in your breastmilk, right?

I didnt do the lites while I was breastfeeding. They didnt tell me not too but they also put me on the wrong plan. I just didnt feel comfortable with it.

Hi i called a LAWL center and told them i was breastfeeding and didnt want to use lites and they told me that my portions should be:

2.5P, 4V, 4F, 4S, 2D, 1Fat which is Plan Red1.
