Default What plan would I do?

Can anyone help me with what plan I should go on. I want to do the numbered plan becaause I really like the idea of eating more whole grains.

Im 155 lbs
I want to be 125
Im 30 years old
5'2
I will be using an elliptical 5x a week for 30 minutes
