Had a decent birthday-except I have a horrible cough-remnants of my last cold. I started my day be coughing so hard I threw up in the shower. nice image huh? Way too much info, i know. Sorry.

I've finally decided I need to see the doctor-of course, actually getting an appointment may be a miracle.
