I was MIA for a few days cuz my sissy was here. These last couple of months have been just crazy. And my sclae is showing me what a naughty naughty girl I have been. I WI today at a whopping 207.0. I feel the point zero is important
. Thank you for missing me. I have been trying to be online a bit less, and I tend to be an all or nothing girl.....but I am going to practice some moderation and am going to get back OP in the a.m. I could start today, but I told my boys we would make cupcakes today......and I feel like I might just be setting myself up for failure (who me????). I think I am going to do my 2 days of FF and start back with the original red plan w/o lites. That is what worked best for me in the past, so that is what I must do. I did email the dietician about the new plans and getting info about them just to see if they would mail it to me, but they said if I was not doing lites that I should probably just stick with red no lites. I think they were just avoiding my questions, but really, I was really losing steadily on red. So, that's my story, and I'm stickin' to it
