Has anyone tried this diet?

    But I had a look, and I agree with your concerns. I'd avoid this diet. Stick to something that provides slow to moderate weight loss and is a balanced diet that you can stick with after you reach goal. Quick weight loss schemes are hard to stick to and make it easy to regain the weight later.
