well it's a little bit late to start this week.. but.. here goes
Blue Plan with Lites
B: apple pancakes(recipe book[1P/1S/1Fruit]) + 1 small egg + 4oz fruit juice
S: LA Lite Bar (Cookie Dough) + 4oz yogurt + 10 peanuts
L: 1 1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean Cereal + 4oz yogurt
S: La Lite Bar (Lemon) + 1/2 grapefruit
D: 2 cups of lettuce + 1 whole tomato + 6oz chicken breast
and water... lots of water

P.S. I had trouble counting my water and drinking it all, so instead of buying whole gallons of water, now I buy 20oz bottles in bulk [35 bottles for 4.50 or something] and it really does help with the counting and helps me to drink all my water and more..
