Default I need some recipe ideas

I got 1 small head of green and 1 small head of red cabbage and 6 golden beets I have no idea what to do with, they came in an organic veggie delivery I get once in a while.

Actually, I eat cabbage raw. In fact, I am chomping on some right now. I like the crispy taste.

Perfect stir fry material, rather than using noodles.. Chop into thin strands... stir fry a little chicken with low sodium soy and a bit of oil and then put the cabbage in when the chicken's cooked.. Toss so that the cabbage breaks down a little and is completely coated with the sauce...

Can't help you with the beets, however.. Sorry..
