If I am complaining about how slowly I am losing….why am I about to eat this?
Do I want to be thin or do I want this fattening dessert?
To keep my body in a fat burning mode all the time, I need to stay on plan not jump on and off plan.
I will follow the PLAN and it will take me where I want to go.
