The body cleans itself out naturally, and the best detox in the world is simply to stop putting junk into it. Change your diet to healthier foods-whole foods if possible instead of heavily processed. Drink lots of water, tea, and other natural things instead of sodas, etc. Plenty of fruits and vegetables. Your body will naturally do the rest.
