I have a body Bugg and I love it! It's amazing how many calories I am actually burning. There's no guess work. I love that I am tracking the food and everything on the site.
My question is... Do you have one, and if so what do you think about it? Do you think you could lose weight without it? I really think this is what's going to work for me. That and my trainer! He's kicking my butt and holding me accountable.
I just want to hear other's experiences.
Oh and if this isn't in the right place, just let me know. I wasn't sure where to put it (I am new still).
