Default Best time to weigh in

I have been weighing myself at night before bed because it works for me, and my schedule. My question is should I be weighing myself in the morning instead? Is one time more accurate than another? I have had some people telling me that you weigh less in the morning, others have said it doesn't matter just be fairly consistant with the time, and what you are wearing? What does everyone here think. I work a swing shift sometimes I start work at 5:00 am and other times I start work at 9:30 am.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Default I'm no professional but

I would think it would go something like this.

If you weigh yourself first thing in the morning after "evacuating" lol anything you can get rid of bathroom wise then you will get the most accurate reading of what you actually weigh.

If you weigh yourself every night you will have the extra weight of any food or water still in you. If you are consistant about the time (and don't have an unusually large meal) you will be able to gauge your pounds lost or gained. You just won't know exactly how much you weigh because it will always be just a little inflated.

That's why I do it first think in the morning, buck naked after the potty. I even take off my glasses. I don't want to see one extra ounce!

I dont think it matters as long as it is consistent, so weigh the same time each week and it doesnt really matter. I am personally first thing after a bathroom visit and in my birthday suit kinda gal, LOL!!

Love you gals logic. I guess I'll start getting up 5 or 10 minutes earlier, as it takes me awhile to get awake at 3 or 4 in the morning but anything to weigh alittle less, and a more accurate reading. Thats the way I am going start doing it next week. Maybe I'll weigh less than I thought I would. Buck naked, in my Birthday suit and as soon as I finish going to the bathroom. I'll let everyone know next Wednesday how much I weigh.
