Yep.. 4 oranges a day... Just make sure they're not too small, or you'll really feel some hunger...
Also make sure that for a couple of days after your TO, you stick to lighter foods... The TO may do well to mentally "get you back on track", but if you start in with the heavier starches and proteins right after, any losses you get will be fleeting...
