Default Looking for a recipe....

I am trying to make my own Nurtisystem Microwave chocolate cake mix and I wonder if anyone has tried. It is single serving made with :

Soy protein concetrate
vital wheat gluten
sugar
chocolate liquor
butter powder
pasturized egg whites
fructose
maltodextrin
cocoa
nonfat milk
flavors....blah blah blah.....

So I was thinking to use soy flour, gluten, spenda or frustose, powdered egg whites, cocoa, nonfat dry milk, molly mcbutter, and vanilla powder.

I just want to mix it with water as I need to make one but I am not sure of how the stats will work The NS cake has 160 cal, 5 fat, 15 carbs, 3 fiber and a whopping 16 gr of protein. total dry serving is only 38 grams which is close to an ounce if I remember my weights at all.

I will let evryone know how it comes out but I was hoping maybe someone out there has already done it OR found another comparable mix. I have found a few but they are all way low on the protein.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and for your help!!
