So, since I've started my diet, my energy is low. This is the opposite of the new highly found enery, my diet claimed. Have any of you experienced a decrease in energy- feeling kind of powerless at the beginning of a diet? If so, how do you deal with it?
To answer this question, I would need to know what plan you are following, how long you have been on it, and a sample of what you are eating each day. Your age, activity level, and current/starting weight would also be helpful.
What you are describing could be because of a variety of reasons, which I would have to have more info to answer.
