Hey all,
I am on vacation and i have a couple of questions about some foods i cant find the exchanges for. Does anyone know the exchanges for these things:
Chai Tea- Starbucks
Baked lays
Chili- homemade

i am guessing here, but educated guessing.. if you HAD to eat the above:
chai tea - (with skim milk and no added sugars/syrups): 1 starch 1 dairy
baked lays - (only 100 calories worth): 1 starch
chili (homemade): try to figure out based on the ingredients used, the la chef has some receipes that are pretty good and only count as 1 veg, 1 protein and sometimes a starch depending on what youve used.
