Wink Hi Everyone!

I did LAWL last year and lost 25lbs. I stopped in January before I lost all my weight and now I am back in the saddle!! I found this site very helpful and have tried some of the recipes on here....LOVED them!! Anyways, HI and nice to meet you all

Thank you, everyone I sure hope that soon my dogs weigh more than I do!! I have not even lost a lb. this week and it is so discouraging but I will not give up!! Where is the losers and friend's thread? Have a great day!!

Welcome MG!! Great to see another large dog lover here! I'm all about Airedales...

Post early and often.. I think you'll find the support we give each other to be a big help when it comes to getting back in the saddle!

Welcome MG, I also started slow, but it picked up a lot the second week. I had to learn to watch my salt intake, or I wouldn't see any loss for a week.

What a cute puppy. I have one old Shar Pei, who is the sweetest thing ever.

Anyway, it takes time to lose weight, so give it some time. I have to rededicate myself regularly to making changes that are permanent so the weight stays gone permanently.
