Question anybody remembers Purple Plan?

Hello guys,
I was gone for a while, and after many ups and downs - I decided to go back to Purple Plan with Luna bars.

I researched this forum and refreshed my memory on protein portions and just wanted to confirm I have the plan itself right:

Protein: 2
Vegetables: 4
Fruit: 3
Starches: 2
Dairy: 1
Fat: 1

Plus 2 bars and 8 glasses of water.

Is this correct?

Cross your fingers and toes for my success

Other than serving sizes, what is the difference between purple and gold....does it depend on your weight?

I think so. I remember I was switched to gold once I was at 178 lb or so.

I think it also has to do with your physical activity. Mine is under 4h a week, so I qualified for the purple plan.

I was scheduled to move to Gold at 190 (I am 5'6"), but that was when I was getting in about 30 minutes of exercise 5 times a week. I now get in about 600-700 minutes a week on average, so I am moving back up from Purple to Red and will move back down maybe when I hit 190 to Purple. I have stalled and when I eat a little extra, I seem to lose better, so I figure I am not getting enough and my body is holding on to it. When you move is really going to depend on your height, exercise, level and how much you have to lose.

Kelly, You are totally right, as we are all different. I think they tend to leave you on a plan until you stall, and then switch you, as I got switched at about 188, when I stalled a bit. I do think as long as you are losing a good rate, why cut your calories more? Wow! That is a whole army of little 5K men you have there! I bet even when the scale stalls that you are continuing to shrink with all that activity. Not much more to onederland. You've done amazing, losing over 100 pounds already!

Barbara - you are right. The scale has been stalling, but I have lost 3 inches this last month, with a good chunk in the hips. I am hoping the lifting will help the arms as they haven't really been moving much lose-wise. I was though kind of sad that I lost NOTHING in my thighs. I figured with the amount I have been putting in on my legs, I would have lost at least .5", but no nothing. I really want that onederland, but then I will just be "really wanting" my next goal. I actually had a mini goal I just passed, of losing 2 of my DS (106 lbs). Just made that one recently.
