does anyone here do a high protein diet, what is intailed, is there any info on line about eating this way (how much for my weight/height how many times).
i have done the ww diet flex and core...but i want to change it around a bit.
I have been snooping on the boards lately and ready about high protein diets that require small meals but frequent. I just joined a gym my 1st time will be tomorrow looking forward to it.
any info would help me out
