Jamie,
What plan are you on? The answer may be different depending on the plan that you are on. Could you put what plan you are on and whether you are going to a corporate or franchise center or doing the plan on your own by your signature. This is a big help.

week 39
LAWL franchise center
Plan 2 with lites
total lost 48 lbs.

The links are NOT the same as the Patties. The patties are bigger and have more calories. I am on Purple without Lites and 2 patties= 1 P

They have basically the same nutrionational vaule as the MorningStar burgers. When COD called the Dietician months ago, they said to treat the patties like a veggie burger.

The information that is listed in my LAWL bible, aka the Maintaining for Life Book, is 2 patties is 1 protein.

The original question was asked by Jamie (momof3boys21girl). She did not give which plan she is on. I did not pick up on the fact that your name is Jamie also. Sorry.
