OK, this AM was at 203. S L O W. Snail-like losses!

OK, gotta go - halloween party tonight, DH and I are going as Britney (the fatter version!) and K-Fed. Not quite as good as when we went as Seigfried and Roy ( with the white tiger gnawing on his neck), but it'll get a laugh anyway.

Okay, my BNWI this morning was 160.5, which was fine with me considering we hosted friends and family at a mountain cabin this weekend and the agenda consisted of eating, drinking and hiking. I guess the 5 mile hike on Saturday and the 3.5 mile hike on Sunday helped!

Kim - what's the latest on the job front?

Wendy - glad you are still with us; these holidays coming up can be tough!

Joni......are you having trouble sleeping, or have you always been an extreme early bird? Nice WI after a full weekend........wish I could say the same

Kim....yeah, we match....we've both been on LAWL for over a year, and we have both netted a 26 lb loss......

WI this am is 264.2, not what I had hoped for but considering I had 2 meals out this weekend, one of which was ham, I'll take it.

My weekend was good, Joni. I didn't WI today. TOM is coming, so I may wait a few days. Plus my mom made beef stew yesterday that was too salty! Funny how when I lived at home, I was used to her salt usage. Now that I hardly use any when I cook, her food always tastes too salty for me It was still good, though.

NICOLE!!!!! How many weeks until DS's birthday in December? That's how many weeks left in the challenge. Okay, I'll save you a few seconds of search time. Five weeks and two days. I am an early bird, but this morning I had to take former FIL to the hospital at 5 AM. He is having one kidney removed. He pulled through his surgery just fine and he's 78 years old.
