I don't know if this is an official granola recipe but I use it quite often and my COD has never said anything about it. I use 3/4 cup of kashi cereal or all bran extra fiber, 2 tbsp of raisins, 1 or 2 la lite bars, almonds or pistachios.
I use it as 1 starch, 2 fruits, 1-2 la lites, fat. I just snack on it throughout the day.
