Tied down by school.
So, I want to diet, of course, however- I have a bit of a problem. One of my meals during the day takes place at school, where I have limited options for food. We have the hot meal, of course, but that can go from healthy to insta-gain. As well as the hot meals we have a sandwich bar and a salad bar, with various lunchmeats and vegetables. So what sort of meal should I make for myself? I'm going to eat less, of course, but what should I eat instead?
