I've been doing the purple plan for just under two weeks now. I'm pretty happy with the LAWL program so far and am so excited to be able to say I've already lost 6.4 pounds! I've found this program to be so much easier to do than any I've ever tried before. Mainly because I feel like I'm always eating something and never have time to go hungry and binge!
