Default PF Chang's in Restaurant Guide?

I am working from an older book, and don't have any suggestions for PF Chang's. This is where my DH wants to go for his birthday tomorrow night, and needed some guidance. Grateful for any advise. Thanks!

I would go right to PF chang's website. It should have all the nutrional information, then if you can either hit the COD or e-mail the Dietician with the info of what dishes seem to be the best. That should put you on the right track, plus they'll be able to give you exchanges.

Totally didn't think about that.
Thanks!

Below is my "old" favorite's info..

KUNG PAO CHICKEN
Quick-fired with peanuts, chili peppers and scallions. Our hot favorite.

Regular

Calories 1240g
Protein 74g
Carbs 58g
Total Fat 80.0g
Saturated Fat 10.0g
Fiber 8.38g

Is that way too bad? I like the lettuce wraps too, so that may work.

Yeah, I realized that. This may be a challenge! Lettuce wraps seem to be a better choice.
