Default Are you hungry?

Is anyone hungrier when they eat the La lites? That is what I am experincing and I may not eat them anymore. I know the COD disapprove of my not eating them, but I need to do what works for me. Think it is the sugar.

If you do decide to stop eating the lites, please let your COD know. They are not magic......they do not make you lose faster.......but they do supply you with calories. If you are not eating enough calories, your body may go into starvation mode and stall your WL. Be honest with them (COD), and make them work for you. You can always say the lites give you a bad stomach ache..........cuz many people (I am one) cannot tolerate soy product. Just make sure you are honest with them so that if you run into problems or you stall, they can help you I hope this helps You need not be hungry on LAWL.

You could also try the Shakes or Cocoa, which are lower calorie yet still have some protein and see if that works for you better. They still count as a lite, and if you paid for the Lites already they count the same way (a box of the shakes counts the same as a box of lites). I know they are lower in sugar, if the sugar is not agreeing with you.

you could try substituting a kashi bar for the lites, the fiber in the bars will actually keep you fuller longer and the you will still get the calories/fat/etc that are built into the diet for the lites.
