If you do decide to stop eating the lites, please let your COD know. They are not magic......they do not make you lose faster.......but they do supply you with calories. If you are not eating enough calories, your body may go into starvation mode and stall your WL. Be honest with them (COD), and make them work for you. You can always say the lites give you a bad stomach ache..........cuz many people (I am one) cannot tolerate soy product. Just make sure you are honest with them so that if you run into problems or you stall, they can help you
