I wanted to post to say that i finally hit my 40lbs today! actually i went 1lb over and hit 41lbs today! i'm so excited! i've been struggling for few weeks at 208 and i hit 205 today!

just wanted to share my happiness and milestone!

Congrats Jillian, Great job! Our efforts always pay off at some point even if it seems like it takes awhile but if we stick with it, it works!!!! Awesome job!

Great Job Jillian! I cannot even imagine what it feels like to be at the 40 lb. marker! You seriously make me believe that I can do it! Before I started LAWL, I had never lost weight in my life... just steadily gained weight. This program is seriously the only thing that worked for me and it is so awesome to hear others' stories.
