I just bought the 2002 cookbook off e bay and some recipes call for Sugar Twin brown sugar. I can't find that and wondered if Splenda Brown sugar can be substituted 1 for 1. Does anyone know the answer? Thanks so much.

I don't know for sure but I would think they would be the same.

Not sure about the Sugar Twin Brown Sugar, but the Splenda version is a blend of regular brown sugar and Splenda brown sugar. Just wanted to make sure you knew that. I personally love the Splendad version, no aftertaste and it bakes really well (I made baked apples with it).
