Hi All:
Jibbelle are you thinking of changing your goal?
Hang in there Crystal, I had a lot of ups and downs all the way I just kept going and posting here helped alot. I can't believe it will be a year soon since I started. I am glad I did.
I am not being perfect with take off this time but today I am trying to stick with it, it is funny how easy things were a couple of months ago, now I put up a struggle.
Have a great Sunday I weigh in tomarrow.

My LA goal is 170, but I am not sure that I really want to stop there. I would love to be at 150 really. Next time I go see my doctor I want to ask him where he thinks I should be. For now I am leaving my LA goal at 170. I can always buy more weeks if I think I want to lose more.
