I got one bottle of each:
Vitamax
FB500
trimax
essential fatty acid and
calcium
I was thinking it was lost forever as it's been 6 weeks since it was sent. Looks like customs got a hold of it and opened it.

Awesome! Not sure if you have been told, but I recently started taking Vitamax, Omegatrim and the calcium chews, and I was told to start taking one of each at each dosage time, then step it up after a week or so. Some people start taking the full dosage and it makes them feel sick! Which is true with almost any supplement you start taking. Talk to your COD (if you have one) and they should give you the exact info you need!

thanks I will bear that in mind but I'm usually OK with that stuff. I don't have COD as my 8 week program was over at the beginning of August.

Okay! Well hope it does you well! I havent been able to tell a big difference yet, (but Im not completely accurate with taking them either!) But with the vitamax I do feel more energized when I take it!

I took the trimax and FB500's for my 8 week program and didn't notice a difference until I ran out and then BOY oh BOY I sure noticed it. I was hungry and craving starches non stop.
