Vitamax
FB500
trimax
essential fatty acid and
calcium
I was thinking it was lost forever as it's been 6 weeks since it was sent. Looks like customs got a hold of it and opened it.

Awesome! Not sure if you have been told, but I recently started taking Vitamax, Omegatrim and the calcium chews, and I was told to start taking one of each at each dosage time, then step it up after a week or so. Some people start taking the full dosage and it makes them feel sick! Which is true with almost any supplement you start taking. :) Talk to your COD (if you have one) and they should give you the exact info you need!

thanks I will bear that in mind but I'm usually OK with that stuff. I don't have COD as my 8 week program was over at the beginning of August.

Okay! Well hope it does you well! I havent been able to tell a big difference yet, (but Im not completely accurate with taking them either!) But with the vitamax I do feel more energized when I take it! :)

I took the trimax and FB500's for my 8 week program and didn't notice a difference until I ran out and then BOY oh BOY I sure noticed it. I was hungry and craving starches non stop.
