Default oatmeal conversion

HI Guys!!

I have a question about converting cooked portions into dry...
The menu lets me have 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal, but depending on how much water I add or how long it cooks for it always varies...but if i knew the dry weight that I would be allowed would make things alot more accurate...

Any ideas?? I've asked the COD's but they don't seem to know

According to Fitday 1/4 of a cup of regular, dry oatmeal is 73 calories, which is acceptable as a starch. You can go to fitday.com and get a free account to find the calories in tons of stuff. Calorieking is another good one.
