Re-Introducing myself
Hello everyone, i'm Debbie. I did LAWL over a yr ago and lost about 40lbs but got pregnant and gained it all back. I just had my baby on July 19th and i'm getting ready to start losing weight again only this time i'm breastfeeding. I havet not started yet because i'm waiting for my 6w postpartum checkup with my doc to make sure all is ok to start exercising agian. I'm in FL and most of the centers around me closed and they opened with the name Pure Weightloss. I still have stabilization and maintenance weeks but i'm not sure i'll be going to the center, i may ask for a refund for my unused weeks since i have 3 kids under 4 and dont think i'll have the time to go in there. I'm going to try to lose the weight on my own with hopefully the support of you ladies. Anyone else breastfeeding and trying to lose weight? I'm not really going to diet since its not recommended for breastfeeding mothers but i'm cutting out all chocolates, sodas & other foods that are just empty calories & i'm going to try to just be healthy and hopefully some weight will come off. Anyway this is getting long, i just wanted to introduce myself and see if there was anyone else on here that is in a similar situation as me. Cant wait to get to know you ladies, i'm sure there are alot of new people on here since my last visit over a yr ago.
