Default a couple of food related questions

#1 I love fresh kolorahbi but what do I count it as?
#2 if I decide to take spirulina daily does it count as anything?

I’ve been counting kohlrabi the same as cabbage. I'm not sure if that’s right or wrong. I was going to ask my COD on how to count it but most likely they’ll just say “It’s not in the book so you can’t have it”.

i was thinking it was more like radishes or turnips (are turnips in the book?)

Yes, green turnips are in the book and they're counted the same way as cabbage. I mentioned cabbage because the "kohl" in "kohlrabi" means cabbage in German and we use kohlrabi a lot like cabbage in my German community!

thank FlabbyHarry for letting me know how she made hers the models I made off a website called www.mvm.com/en/index.htm
and I just copy imaged them onto paint and resized them and saved it.

When I asked at my center about kohlrabi, I was told not to eat it. It isn't on the plan.
