Default Anyone using NutritionalData.com for calorie counts?

I LOVE that I can just add a bunch of ingredients to the "pantry", combine them with the appropriate amounts and voila, instant nutritional info that I can then plug into my fitday journal. BUT I'm wondering how to accomplish this most accurately: for example, say I'm making meatballs, and I use ground turkey, an egg, some zucchini and kale, etc etc. I would input all these ingredients as raw. Wouldn't the information change, once they're cooked?

Any tips or tricks would be most appreciated. Thanks!
