Hello I am not doing one of those fad diets. I am just going to eat healthy. No fast foods or fat foods or junk! If you fallow the food pyramid that you ahve been learning about since grade school you will live healthy and you wont feel starved! The pyramid goes along with the eat 6 small meals a day. I am also going to go for a 30 min walk after every meal and also go to the gym for an hour a day. This osunds helathy to me and I feel like I will lose weight my weight slowly but It will stay off and I will ahve some good habits instilled in me.
That's my litte introduction. Today is my first day on this .......I don't want to call it diet becuase that is now what it is.....I guess it's my first day to a healthier me! Good luck to all!
